During the Minor all-round design we had a week project called Service Design. In this week we would only focus on this project with no other subjects. The assignment was to create a service for a given company who would provide a design problem.

We designed a service for IVM a company that provides personal to supervise hazards area with chemical en toxic materials.

To help there employees control an area hazards better we design the service shown trough the slides (images). We started analyzing the problem and the scenarios and creating a new brief. From this brief we designed a blue print together with a storyboard to communicate our service design.
